To qualify:

  • The product must be in great working condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

  • The item must be returned to one of our designated warehouses after communication with our team

    • To be eligible, you must submit proof demonstrating consistent use of the device for 21 consecutive days. Acceptable forms of proof include dated photos or short video clips showing you using the device daily. Each file must clearly display the date to validate the continuity of use.
    • For devices: The device must be returned in good working condition with all accessories included.

Note: Return shipping costs, Packaging, refurbished will be deducted from your refund which will be 30% of the total cost original cost.

  • After the grace 24 hrs period product is been packed and shipped we cant do immediate cancelation of the order.

    For orders delivered in South Africa, customs and courier companies may require a valid ID or passport number to clear imported parcels. We only collect this information to process your shipment and comply with South African regulations. Your data is stored securely and handled in line with POPIA.
